Our Story
Sloane Realty Group was established in 2013, just a short time after Sloane Property Management was founded in 2012 by Framingham native, Shannon McCullough. As the management business was quickly growing, she realized in order to serve her clients better she needed a real estate division. With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Shannon set out to start her own real estate firm. What started out as a small business with a home office has now blossomed into a prosperous management business and a real estate brokerage.
We specialize in the management and acquisition of investment property, as well as renting income property. With experience and patience, we are here to guide you through the process every step of the way. From analyzing the monthly income and operating expenses to finding you a qualified tenant, we strive to offer you a customized real estate experience.

Finding a tenant can be stressful; with changing laws and guidelines it is important to hire an industry professional who can do all the work for you. Shannon McCullough
Shannon was born and raised in the Metrowest area and has been involved in real estate since 2008. Before starting her own business she worked for both small, independently owned firms and nationally recognized franchises. After graduating high school in 2006 from Framingham High, she went on to work in the restaurant industry while seeking to obtain her real estate license, all as a teenager.
Shannon is an expert in the investment property world; helping her clients strategically acquire income property, advising them when it's time to sell, placing high-quality tenants, and managing portfolios of income properties. Shannon is an experienced project manager and a licensed Home Improvement Contractor, which is another way she helps her clients with all their renovation needs and investment property upgrades.

Angela Mateo
Angela initially joined Sloane Realty Group in 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager and soon thereafter she ultimately discovered a passion for real estate sales and rentals. She is a 2007 graduate of Framingham High School and a 2011 graduate of Framingham State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Angela was previously employed for a local small business where she was the director of marketing and sales, as well as bookkeeping. Her work experience helped her develop many useful skills that she applies every day to her real estate endeavors.
