I was frustrated with my tenants that they were always late to pay rents although they didn’t miss any payment. My tenants were good at taking care of the house but always behind on rents. It was to the point that I didn’t want to handle it anymore. For a peace of mind, I wanted to hire a property manager to take care of it. I interviewed a couple of property management companies, challenging them with several questions how to handle cases that you want to keep the tenants but they should comply with things on the contracts. Shannon was the one that show me she was aggressive and tough enough but still abide to the laws and especially able to deal with the tenants with a polite manner. She is very responsive to fixing things around the property, taking a good care of the property, following tightly to safety laws. Her fee is reasonable, compared to the others. She only agrees to fix anything that really needs to be repaired around the property, which really saves me a lot of money. If she agrees to repair everything that the tenants request, that would cost me a lot more. The repairing fee is also very affordable.
